What is Lusha?
Section titled “What is Lusha?”Lusha is a mobile game by Dygie designed to help children with ADHD and their families connect real-life routines with playful progress. It can support topics such as everyday tasks, autonomy, emotional regulation, and family organization.
Does Lusha replace medical care?
Section titled “Does Lusha replace medical care?”No. Lusha should be understood as a support tool and a game experience. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or follow-up from a qualified professional.
Who is Lusha for?
Section titled “Who is Lusha for?”Lusha is primarily for children and their families. The wiki can also serve as a reference point for professionals or anyone who wants to understand the project.
What is the parent’s role?
Section titled “What is the parent’s role?”The parent or trusted adult helps choose realistic routines, supports the child, validates tasks completed in real life, follows progress, and keeps the link between what happens in the family and what happens in the game.
What approaches does Lusha draw on?
Section titled “What approaches does Lusha draw on?”Lusha combines psychoeducation, tools inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy, parenting skills, and a reward system. The parent-facing part notably includes parenting guidance principles inspired by the Barkley program.
How do rewards work?
Section titled “How do rewards work?”The parent sets routines or a challenge with the child. When the child completes the action in real life, the parent validates it in the app. This validation gives rewards that let the child continue exploring the game for a limited play time.
Can I have several characters or children on the same account?
Section titled “Can I have several characters or children on the same account?”No, not at the moment. A Lusha account currently lets you follow one child and one character.
To add another child, you need to create a new account. If you already have a yearly subscription on the first account, contact us at contact@lusha.care: we will offer you the subscription on the new account.
How do I unsubscribe?
Section titled “How do I unsubscribe?”The process depends on the type of subscription used: a subscription started in the app or a subscription started on the web.
Subscription management and cancellation instructions are available in the app from your account’s subscription information.
Is Lusha free?
Section titled “Is Lusha free?”Yes, a free mode is available. It gives access to daily stars that can be used to use the app, validate routines, and unlock content, but in a more limited way than with Lusha Plus. This mode can help you try the app before choosing a paid option.
Lusha Plus subscriptions may also offer a seven-day free trial. During this period, Lusha Plus mode is active. The paid subscription only starts at the end of the trial period, unless the user cancels it before it ends.
How do I change my password?
Section titled “How do I change my password?”To change the PIN code, also called the parent code, go to the account settings.
To change the account password, request a password reset. Log out, select I already have an account, then I forgot my password.
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If the issue continues, contact support.
Which languages are available?
Section titled “Which languages are available?”Lusha is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Character and player voices are also available in these languages.
